Large bespoke seating areas created specifically for The Red Lion in Prestwick. SIG Contracts designed, manufactured and delivered various styles of banquette seating to the highest of standards.
For the first area of the bar we manufactured a U-Shape booth, upholstered in a red faux leather with a deep buttoned back design to create a classic and traditional look with a plain seat and a black bottom plinth. Sockets were then cut out and fitted onto the bottom of the plinth. Moving on to the next area., another deep buttoned UShape was upholstered in a dark grey faux leather.
We took templates of the walls in this area ensuring the seating slotted perfectly into the required area without leaving spaces. We then re-upholstered an existing U-Shape in the same room in grey faux leather and added the same deep button effect to match in with the new seating. Bespoke banquette seating was fitted along a shaped wall following the exact shape. The back was fluted horizontally and upholstered in a red striped fabric, with the seat covered in a plain red material and a black plinth added to the bottom to finish it off.
We also installed two small L-Shapes at either side of a fire place. The backs of these were upholstered in a light grey striped fabric and the seat was covered in a matching grey faux leather making them easier to clean, with the plinth cut around the existing wall skirting to give the neatest of finishes. A large quantity of tub chairs were also upholstered in red and grey fabrics to compliment the seating and give extra sitting spaces. The table tops and bases were also supplied by SIG.
